Final cut pro has four layouts on the left is the BROWSER the browser is where all your sequences go.
To the right of it is the VIEWER and when you click on any sequence it comes up in the viewer and you can look at what sequence you want to use.
CANVAS is where your finish product goes and you can watch it.
The TIMELINE is where you do all your editing like Cutting,sound.
Tool Bar is on the right side of the timeline and you get choose from 9 different tools.
